In September, a past CAOAC President, historian, archivist, awards chair and many more titles, Paul McIntosh passed away.
Paul Desmond McIntosh September 24, 1933 – September 29, 2018 Retired Educator, D.D.S.B. & Church Organist for St. Paul’s United Church, Cold Springs for over 50 years, passed peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Marilyn McIntosh (nee Black). Loving father of Jason McIntosh (Kimberly) and Sheryl White (Jeffrey). Cherished grandfather of his granddaughter, Harper White. Paul was pre-deceased by his brother, Graydon McIntosh (Lillian). Lovingly remembered by many relatives and friends. A private family interment was held in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Cold Springs. A celebration of life will be held at St. Paul’s United Church, Cold Springs on Saturday November 3rd at 1 p.m., followed by a reception at Cold Springs Memorial Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul’s United Church, Cold Springs or the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
