Invitation to CAOAC General Meeting and Draw
We are pleased to invite you to a general meeting of the Canadian Association of Aquarium Clubs (CAOAC). This general meeting will take place on March 18 at 8:00 p.m. (EDT).
The meeting will be an opportunity to discuss the CAOAC Convention for the year 2025 (“Hamilton 75th Birthday Bash”). Also, an insurance reimbursement credit of $50 will be awarded by random draw to an eligible member club that has purchased group insurance from CAOAC and submitted the required forms and payment by January 10, 2025.
The agenda provided below outlines the main topics for discussion.
CAOAC is in the process of analysing the advantages between the Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms. CAOAC will use the Microsoft Teams platform for this meeting to better assess which platform best suits the organization's needs. Microsoft Teams is more affordable than Zoom.
