One of the main purposes of CAOAC is to help to form clubs and help them keep going.  Bear in mind that this is only a guide and should be changed to suit each group's needs.  CAOAC hopes that this summary provides the necessary information to form a club and also keep the club operational.  Questions and problems will be encountered which are not specifically dealt within these documents.  Therefore, if a question arises, please write to the Corresponding Secretary of CAOAC (or email to CAOAC1@gmail.com) stating your questions or problems for assistance.  In this way CAOAC can assist you and promote the hobby.  Find below general guidelines and a template for you to use to develop your own bylaws.
